Chemicals needed to balance your water are included at the time of your visit. Replacement filters are not included.
To complete your service, our Service Technicians require an unobstructed path to the hot tub free of snow, ice, or storage items. We also require access to a power outlet. Leisuretime of Southbury reserves the right not to complete service if our technicians do not have sufficient access. Additional charges may apply for any required return visits.
Leisuretime of Southbury will waive the Service Charge for service visits needed during an active water care contract. Delivery of a newly purchased cover is also included during an active water care contract.
Hot Tub Labor Charges
NOTE: We do not charge travel time; we charge by zone.

Note: if 2nd staff is needed add additional 20% to service call
For example, for customers 10-20 minutes away (Service Zone 2) from the store, the service call would be $155 for the first 30 minutes. Any time thereafter would be billed in 15-minute increments of $38.75 ($155/4).
Example: A call which takes 45 minutes in Service Zone 2 would be $155 for the first half hour plus $38.75 for the additional 15 minutes for a total of $193.75.

We will connect all plumbing, fill the hot tub with water and check for any mechanical issues. Labor for mechanical issues is our hourly rate.
